1. What’s the time commitment?
For the CMF Thought Leadership Program: one 60-90 minute session at the start, then three 60-minute sessions over two months.
For the Growth Circle: 90 minutes monthly for six months, plus optional engagement in the group chat between sessions.
2. What if I can’t make a Growth Circle session?
We will record the sessions if you can’t join, so you won’t miss anything. You can also bring questions to the group chat between sessions.
3. What language are the sessions in?
The CMF Thought Leadership Program can be conducted in English or German, whichever you prefer.
For the Strategic Growth Circles, I run separate English-speaking and German-speaking cohorts, so you can choose the language you’re most comfortable with.
4. Do I need to be based in Germany?
No. Both programs work remotely, so you can join from anywhere. The Growth Circles include participants from across Europe and beyond.
